Ingredients The active ingredient is Isopropyl Alcohol. The other ingredients are Arnica Extract, Eucalyptus Oil, Ilex Herbal Extract, Lavender Oil, Lime Oil, Natural Camphor, Natural Menthol Nutmeg Oil, Orange Oil, Peppermint Oil, Pine Oil, Polysorbate 20, Thyme Oil, Water and White Tea Extract.
Directions Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children under 12 years of age: Consult physician. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant or nursing or have sensitive skin. Spray on desired area of the body, massage not necessary. Rinse hands with cool water.
